TSky 8 – Booking Terms and Conditions for Tours 

1. Booking Confirmation:

1.1 To secure your reservation, a non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance must be paid before the start of the tour.

1.2 Confirmation of your booking will be sent via email upon receipt of the deposit.

2. Payment:

2.1 Payments can be made through secure online methods, bank transfers, or as otherwise specified in the booking confirmation.

2.2 All prices are in the currency specified in the booking confirmation and are inclusive of applicable taxes and fees, unless otherwise stated.

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy:

3.1 Cancellations made by the participant are subject to the following refund policy:

  • More than 30 days before the tour: Full refund of the deposit.
  • 15-30 days before the tour: 50% refund of the total tour cost.
  • Less than 15 days before the tour: No refund.

3.2 Cancellations must be communicated in writing via email to [insert email address] and are effective upon receipt.

3.3 Sky 8 reserves the right to cancel or modify tours due to unforeseen circumstances, force majeure, or insufficient participation. In such cases, a full refund will be provided.

4. Tour Alterations:

4.1 Sky 8 reserves the right to alter the itinerary, accommodation, or transportation for reasons beyond its control. Participants will be notified promptly, and alternative arrangements will be offered.

4.2 Participants are responsible for any additional costs resulting from alterations made at their request.

5. Travel Insurance:

5.1 It is strongly recommended that participants obtain comprehensive travel insurance, including coverage for cancellations, medical emergencies, and personal belongings.

6. Health and Safety:

6.1 Participants must ensure they are in good health to undertake the tour. Sky 8 is not liable for any health issues or injuries during the tour.

7. Travel Documentation:

7.1 Participants are responsible for ensuring they possess the necessary travel documentation, including passports, visas, and any required permits.

8. Code of Conduct:

8.1 Participants are expected to adhere to local laws, customs, and respect the environment and local communities visited during the tour.

8.2 Sky 8 reserves the right to terminate the participation of any individual who engages in behavior that disrupts the tour or compromises the safety and well-being of others.

9. Governing Law:

9.1 These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of USA. Any disputes shall be resolved through amicable negotiation, and if not resolved, shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the US courts.
